What we look for
- 18 or older with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to pass a California DOJ and FBI fingerprint background check
- Registered, or willing to register, on the California Home Care Aide Registry
- Negative TB test (we can help arrange it)
- Experience caring for older adults, personally or professionally, is a plus
- Patience, reliability and the ability to communicate clearly with families
