Home Care by Athena is hiring caregivers and Home Care Aides in Roseville, CA and South Placer County. We are a small, licensed, locally owned agency. You will work directly with the owners, get matched with clients close to home, and be treated as the professional you are.
Who we are hiring
Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Companion and personal care for older adults in their homes. Experience preferred; we train the right people. Must clear a state background check and register as a Home Care Aide (we walk you through it).
Dementia Care Specialist
Experienced caregivers for memory care clients. Additional paid dementia training provided.
Overnight and Weekend Caregivers
Awake overnight and weekend shifts for 24-hour and respite clients, at premium pay.

Caregiver questions
Do I need to be a CNA?
No. CNA or HHA experience is valuable but not required. You must be able to clear the state background check and complete Home Care Aide registration and training, which we help with.
How many hours can I expect?
We schedule around your availability. Full-time and part-time both work; consistency matters more to us than volume.
Where are the clients?
Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis and Auburn. We match caregivers to clients near where they live.
Is this a contractor position?
No. Every caregiver is a W-2 employee of Home Care by Athena.
