Do I need to have everything figured out before I call?
No. Most families call with a feeling that something needs to change and not much more. That is enough to start.
Can my parent be part of the first conversation?
Yes, and we recommend it when possible. We also understand when a first call needs to happen privately.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. The in-home assessment is free and includes a written care plan proposal with exact pricing.
